Laura, I know I have told you this before but I love the site :) I stopped by to see the pics again and was flooded with the joy of homebirth :) DH even said the other night that the homebirth was the best experience. Someday we hope to have another one (well, I do but he is not arguing! LOL).

Hi Laura! You were so amazing at my homebirth almost 7 years ago! You were still an apprentice then. How time flies, huh. I will never forget the way you treated me with respect and tenderness. I will never forget the words you said to me, 'look at how strong you are'. They have come to me several times since. You are an amazing midwife and I am grateful you were the one who supported me in bringing my son into the world in 2001 and then my second son in 2004. I am planning on becoming a midwife myself one day as I love being a birth doula but long to make a difference on a larger scale. Thank you for being an inspiration to me.
